Note to Self:

On the Mac side, I record the video screencasts with Snapz Pro X. Specifically, I record the video with a fixed camera at 10 frames per second and save it with the “Animation” codec. Then I import it into iMovie and add scene transitions and other fluff. Finally, I export it as MPEG-4, H.264 codec “Main” profile, 640 x 480, 10 frames per second, bitrate 100, AAC-LC audio at 48 KHz. Exporting to iPod is the same except at 320 x 240, with the “Baseline” H.264 profile.

Das könnte ja durchaus mal interessant werden…
