Kerzenst&#228;nder sind einfach viel sch&#246;ner und hier bei uns auch &#246;fter in Benutzung.</p>

<p>Das 5.1-System wurde von uns erstaunlicherweise eher selten dazu genutzt, Filme mit Surround Sound anzusehen. Das w&#228;re zwar durchaus m&#246;glich gewesen, da der Mac mini per optischem Toslink mit dem Receiver verbunden war, aber die meiste Zeit nutzten wir den Receiver als schlichtes iTunes-Audio-Output-Device und, man h&#246;re und staune, zum Radio zu h&#246;ren.</p>

<p>Da das Arbeitszimmer ja in ein Kinderzimmer <a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/der_dennis/sets/72157625087567632/" class="liflickr">verwandelt wurde</a>, waren die dort eingesetzten <a href="http://www.harmankardon.com/EN-GB/Products/Pages/ProductDetails.aspx?PID=SOUNDSTICKSII" class="liexternal">Soundsticks</a> gerade &#252;brig und wurden als Audio-Output an den Mac mini im Wohnzimmer angeschlossen. So ein 2.1 System reicht f&#252;r unsere Belange in Sachen Film- und Musik-Audio v&#246;llig aus und ist, gerade bei Musik, dem alten Receiver sogar gef&#252;hlt &#252;berlegen.</p>

<p>Damit verblieb nur noch das Radio als offenes Problem. Als h&#252;bsche und schlanke L&#246;sung hatte ich zun&#228;chst das <a href="http://www.tivoliaudio.com/product.php?productid=324&amp;cat=262&amp;page=1" class="liexternal">Tivoli Model One</a> Radio im Auge. Ob der in wenigen Jahren drohenden <a href="http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Digitaler_Rundfunk#Terrestrischer_H.C3.B6rfunk" rel="nofollow" class="liwikipedia">Abschaltung des analogen Rundfunks</a> waren mir die 200 € aber doch ein wenig zu teuer&#8230;</p>

<p>Die n&#228;chste Idee drehte sich dann darum, den <a href="http://www.griffintechnology.com/products/radioshark" class="liexternal">Radio Shark</a> zu kaufen und an den Mini anzuschliessen. Allerdings hat man auch hier das Problem mit der Abschaltung des analogen Rundfunks und, mal ehrlich, so sch&#246;n ist diese Plastikflosse nun auch wieder nicht<sup><a href="http://instant-thinking.de/2010/10/24/itunes-radio-streaming-und-remote-app/#footnote_2_2705" id="identifier_2_2705" class="footnote-link footnote-identifier-link" title="Obwohl die M&ouml;glichkeit zur Aufnahme von Radio schon reizvoll ist">3</a></sup>&#8230;</p>

<p>Also warum eigentlich Geld ausgeben, <em>schon wieder</em> Kram in die Wohnung schleppen und auf obsolete Technik setzen, wenn man doch eh schon einen Computer hat, der Radio &#252;ber das Internet empfangen kann?</p>

<p>In iTunes sind bereits ab Werk hunderte Radiostationen aus aller Welt hinterlegt. Mehr als man jemals durchh&#246;ren k&#246;nnte. F&#252;r ein eher regionales Radioprogramm bietet beispielsweise der WDR seine Sender als Streams im WMA- und MP3-Format<sup><a href="http://instant-thinking.de/2010/10/24/itunes-radio-streaming-und-remote-app/#footnote_3_2705" id="identifier_3_2705" class="footnote-link footnote-identifier-link" title="iTunes ben&ouml;tigt die MP3-Version">4</a></sup> auf einer <a href="http://www.wdr.de/radio/home/webradio/streaming_uebersicht/streaming_uebersicht.phtml" class="liexternal">Streaming-&#220;bersichtsseite</a> an. Die Links zu den Streams lassen sich als m3u-Dateien herunterladen und zu iTunes hinzuf&#252;gen. Schon fertig. Ab sofort kann iTunes die verlinkte Radiostation abspielen. Als <em>Zuckerl</em> sendet der WDR die <a href="http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Radio_Data_System" rel="nofollow" class="liwikipedia">RDS</a>-Infos auch in den Streams mit und so kann iTunes beispielsweise Titel und Interpret des gerade gespielten Musikst&#252;cks anzeigen.</p>

<p>F&#252;gt man die Streams in iTunes zus&#228;tzlich in eine Playlist ein, sind sie auch mit der <a href="http://www.apple.com/de/itunes/remote/" class="liexternal">Apple RemoteApp</a> vom iPhone aus zu steuern. So k&#246;nnen Kathi und ich nun sehr bequem und nach Belieben aus der iTunes-Musik-Bibliothek und s&#228;mtlichen in der Radio-Playlist hinterlegten Radio-Streams  w&#228;hlen. Die RDS-Infos kommen auch hier an, nur ein Coverart wird nicht angeboten und kann auch nicht &#252;ber iTunes hinzugef&#252;gt werden&#8230;</p>

Nur um die aufgenommenen Filme genau so pupsig einfach auf eine DVD zu bekommen braucht man <a href="http://www.roxio.de/deu/products/toast/titanium/overview.html" class="liexternal">Toast 8</a> zum Preis von 99,99€.</p>

<p>Jetzt brauche ich eigentlich keine DVDs, Wenn ich eine Aufnahme am Fernseher sehen m&#246;chte schliesse ich das MacBook einfach per DVI an den Fernseher an und gut ist. Nun wollte aber die Mom gerne einen Film<sup><a href="http://instant-thinking.de/2008/01/26/eyetv-aufnahmen-auf-dvd-brennen-ohne-toast/#footnote_0_1049" id="identifier_0_1049" class="footnote-link footnote-identifier-link" title="Schiffsmeldungen, guter Film wenn ihr mich fragt">1</a></sup> aufgenommen haben und diesen dann auch bei ihr auf dem Fernseher sehen.</p>

<p>F&#252;r diesen einmaligen Zweck waren mir 100 Flocken aber etwas zu teuer.</p>

<p>Wenn man gewillt ist durch ein paar Reifen zu springen geht das aber auch zum Nulltarif.</p>

<p><strong>eyeTV</strong></p>

    <li>Die Aufnahmen von eyeTV heissen &#8220;filmname.eyetv&#8221;, hier also &#8220;Schiffsmeldungen.eyetv&#8221;</li>
    <li>Diese dann am besten noch von Werbung befreien, ist auch pupsi einfach

    <li>Den fertig geschnittenen Film als &#8220;MPEG Elementary Streams&#8221; exportieren. Das trennt die Video und Audio-Str&#246;me in zwei einzelne Dateien.
