In meinem Post über mein papierloses Büro mit ScanSnap und DevonThink erzählte ich davon, dass ich die Titel der Dokumente per Copy & Paste setze und es da wenig Potential für Optimierungen gibt.

Das war, mit Verlaub, weit gefehlt. Eine häufig funktionierende Optimierung ist nur ein Kontextmenü weit weg. Markiert man nämlich die Betreffzeile eines gescannten Dokuments, kann man eben diesen Text¹ als Name übernehmen.

Bumm, Zack, Return, schon ist die Betreffzeile als Titel des Dokuments gesetzt.

Wann immer die Betreffzeile, oder sonst ein Teil des Dokuments, also als Titel passt, spart man sich ein paar Tastenanschläge. Und die Masse machts dann wirklich lohnend.
