Die Presse hat darüber berichtet, dass das Tochterunternehmen der Stadt Essen, EABG (Essener Arbeits- und Beschäftigungsgesellschaft), von einem geplanten Betriebsausflug die dort beschäftigten Ein Euro Jobber ausgeschlossen hat. Der Spiegel berichtete, dass nur die 160 Personen starke Stammbelegschaft zu diesem Ausflug eingeladen wurde, nicht aber die 500 Ein Euro Jobber. Sie mussten an diesem Tag entweder unbezahlten Urlaub nehmen oder die Zeit nacharbeiten. Der Geschäftsführer der EABG, Ulrich Lorch, hatte dazu eine ein wenig seltsam anmutende Begründung.

“Das sind auf gar keinen Fall Mitarbeiter” und “Wenn zum Beispiel ein Bildungsträger einen Betriebsausflug mache, würden schließlich auch keine Schüler mitfahren” – Ulrich Lorch

Es ist schon schwer zu fassen wie Menschen herabgewürdigt werden die auf die Annahme von 1€-Jobs angewiesen sind. Wie viele sozialversicherungspflichtige Jobs durch die 1€-Jobs verhindert werden und inwiefern Herr Lorch davon profitiert ist natürlich kaum zu sagen.

Fakt ist aber, dass solche Vorfälle aktuell kaum in der Presse erwähnt werden und daher nur wenige von solchen Aktionen erfahren. Ob sich die geschassten 1€-Jobber Anwälte leisten können, um ein gerichtliches Vorgehen gegen ihre Behandlung (zum Beispiel auf Grundlage des allgemeinen Gleichbehandlungsgesetzes) zu prüfen ist derzeit aus dem Internet nicht zu erfahren…

Stadtbildverschönerer/-innen:

Die Bezeichnung “Stadtbildverschönerer” trifft nicht direkt die Tätigkeit dieser Fachkräfte, da diese zwar durch das Aufsammeln von Müll, den z.B. die Herumlungerer (siehe dort) hinterlassen haben, das Stadtbild verschönern sollen, dies jedoch in der Regel durch ihr eigenes Äußeres wieder zunichte machen.

Die Tätigkeiten der Stadtbildverschönerer (ugs. auch “Ein-Euro-Jobber” genannt) belaufen sich daher zumeist auf das morgendliche In-der-Gegend-herumstehen-mit-Gartengeräten-in-der-Hand, dem Müde-aus-der-Wäsche-gucken und dem Zwischendurch-mal-einen-Boonekamp-nachlegen.

Auftraggeber sind in erster Linie neoliberale Gruppierungen (siehe “Große Koalition”), zum einzigen Zweck, der Mittelschicht Angst vor dem sozialen Abstieg zu machen. Dadurch soll diese Bevölkerungsgruppe dazu gebracht werden, sämtliche mittelbaren und unmittelbaren Lohnkürzungen unwidersprochen zu akzeptieren, da die Tätigkeit des Stadtbildverschönerers ausgesprochen unbeliebt ist.

Voraussetzungen sind hier lediglich: Gute Leberwerte.
